I would advise you to stay away from the northeast cabin unless you have sufficient knowledge of trapping and repelling skilled hunters, and probably not even then. The man who lives there is brutal, and refers to humans as "animals".
Cabin is in the area between Martin's jail and another jail — between the foothills, with a river to the south, and the jungle ten hours to the west of the northeast coast.
Martin's jail is a structure where one of our residents, Martin Blackwood, was held involuntarily a few weeks ago, when many of us first arrived. It's a concrete building with solar panels on top and three holding cells inside.
My guess? Most likely, you'll see the cabin itself or see an arrow coming at you before you encounter anything fatal. That happens, get out as soon as you can, back the way you came.
